Access includes a separate library of 100’s of unique 3D objects for use in your own drawings and details.
If an object or a detail that you want is not in the library, you can request it. If you want it for your exclusive use, we offer a discount for members.

Live Q&A Paul runs a regular live session exclusively for members; where you can
raise your construction and detailing questions.

We think it gives the simplest and most cost-effective way of offering 100’s of details and other supporting content to our customers alongside a personal and professional service platform designed around you.
As a small team we do not currently have the resources to offer different levels of individual membership.
Yes – we like to keep things simple.
It’s an annual subscription so you will get 12 months access from activation.
Yes your subscription will automatically renew at the anniversary.
No – we currently do not offer a monthly option.
Yes you can cancel within the first 14days if no more than 5 details have been downloaded. After the 14 day period you may cancel at any time however no refund will be made.
We think that the Heap subscription offers great value for money. If you have a specific detail that you would like to purchase please use the Contact Us form and we will quote for it.
You will need SketchUp 23+. If you require a file in an older version please contact us.
Heap is an individual members site with single account access. Sharing accounts/logins is strictly prohibited and monitored. If you are a Studio or Practice please contact us for details of a multi user account.

Yes you are able to import the drawing files (dwg) and SketchUp 3d files into version +2023. The detail drawing downloads include the image folder for dwg’s
Yes these files can be edited in SketchUp. The files imported into VectorWorks can be edited as 3d models or as dwg’s
